NOW SOLD OUT
Join us on Tuesday 23rd October for an autumnal evening in the restaurant dedicated to bière et saucisses.
We’re going back to our Alsacienne roots with a menu showcasing five beers from the oldest brewery in France, Brasserie Meteor.
Brasserie Meteor, found in the picturesque village of Hochfelden in Alsace, remains the largest family-owned independent brewery in France and we’re delighted to welcome their Brand Ambassador, Hugues Brisset, for the evening as our host.
A special menu devised by Head Chef, Dalmaine Blignaut, will include a Goat’s Cheese, Honey & Thyme Tarte Flambee, a selection of Strasbourg, Morteau et Toulouse sausages, a Tarte aux Pommes and a selection of petit four to finish. The evening will kick off with a Picon Biere – considered by many to be a ‘hidden gem’ of the aperitif world, followed by a crisp Blanche, a delicate Classic 27 Pilsner and a rich Wendelinusm before an appropriately warming Biere de Noel to finish.
And the best thing? Tickets are just £29 and we have 40 available.
Do call the team to reserve your place. Hugues and all of us at the restaurant very much hope to see you then.
